Physique Maxxing ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and website. By using Physique Maxxing, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect the following types of information: • Photos: Full-body photos you upload for physique analysis. These are processed server-side and are not stored permanently after analysis is complete. • Profile Data: Age, gender, height, and weight — stored locally on your device only. • Subscription Data: Managed through Adapty. We store your subscription status to unlock premium features. • Device Information: Basic device info (OS version, device model) for app compatibility and bug fixes.

When you submit a photo for analysis: 1. Your photo is sent securely to our Cloudflare Workers edge servers. 2. The image is forwarded to Google Gemini AI for physique analysis. 3. The AI generates your score, category breakdown, and feedback. 4. Results are returned to your device. 5. The photo is not stored on our servers after processing is complete. We do not sell, share, or use your photos for any purpose other than generating your physique analysis.

Your analysis history, physique cards, and profile data are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.

We use the following third-party services: • Google Gemini AI: For physique analysis and scoring. Photos are processed through Google's API. Subject to Google's privacy policies. • Cloudflare Workers: For edge computing and secure API routing. Cloudflare processes requests but does not store your photos. • Adapty: For subscription and in-app purchase management. Adapty processes payment-related data through Apple and Google payment systems.

We do not currently use any analytics or tracking services. We do not collect usage data, behavioral data, or serve advertisements.

You have the right to: • Access your data: All your analysis data is stored locally on your device and available to you at all times. • Delete your data: Clear app data or uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data. Contact us to request deletion of any server-side data. • Opt out: You can stop using the app at any time. Cancel your subscription through your app store.

Physique Maxxing is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
