Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Physique Maxxing ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Physique Maxxing is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze full-body photos and provide physique scoring, muscle group breakdowns, and personalized fitness recommendations. The AI analysis is powered by Google Gemini and is intended for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, personal training, or clinical assessment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. All analysis data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate profile information (age, gender, height, weight) for calibrated scoring.

Physique Maxxing offers a Premium subscription with additional features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device settings. • Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google's refund policies.

New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of Premium features. The trial provides full access to all Premium features at no cost. • No credit card is required to start the trial. • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. • Each user is eligible for one free trial only.

You agree not to: • Upload photos that are not of human bodies (the AI will reject these) • Upload inappropriate, explicit, or offensive content • Use the App to harass, bully, or body-shame others • Attempt to reverse-engineer or manipulate the scoring algorithm • Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent • Share or distribute modified versions of the App

All content, features, and functionality of Physique Maxxing — including the scoring algorithm, AI models, UI design, Physique Card design, and branding — are owned by Physique Maxxing and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your photos. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it for analysis purposes only.

Physique Maxxing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that: • AI scores will be perfectly accurate or consistent • The App will be available at all times without interruption • Results will meet your specific fitness expectations The App is a tool for tracking and motivation, not a medical device or clinical assessment instrument.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Physique Maxxing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
